Children of Vale

It's been over a month since the first copies of Children of Vale shipped to my Kickstarter backers. I've had the pleasure of hearing back from some backers, whether digitally or in person. Some of the first few reviews have rolled in on Goodreads and Amazon. So far, all the reviews have been 5 stars. That's great news!

I'm very thankful for the couple of backers who have already reviewed the novel. Unfortunately, I've heard from some backers that they've had trouble posting their reviews on either Amazon or Goodreads—probably due to arbitrary restrictions like freshly made accounts, etc.

So I've taken the liberty of adding a review submission form into the site. You can find it on the "Reviews" page. It is a quick little form that lets you leave your name, a star-based rating, and a review in free-form paragraphs. I'll credit you based on your selection of full name or initials. The form will send me an email with your review, and from there I'll be able to add it to the website here.

This way some of my backers who have been anxious to write reviews don't have to be stymied by third-party websites or platforms.

It's been a treasure to hear back from people as they finish reading the novel. It's a special experience to know that the story I worked on for so long is now out in the world and experienced by others.
