Children of Vale

It's been just over 24 hours since I launched my Kickstarter campaign to fund my self-publication plan for Children of Vale.

In those 24 hours, it gained 6 backers, pledging $230 of the $3,000 goal!

Each one of these backers who are coming forward to support this work makes my heart melt. It's really special to see others willing contribute to a project that has consisted of a lot of quiet, solitary work, but is now going public. This Kickstarter is just the first step in releasing the novel to the world.
